We currently accept the following payment methods:

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  2. Bank Transfer

  3. Easypaisa / JazzCash

Customers are responsible for providing correct payment and order information.

For bank transfers, Easypaisa, or JazzCash payments, the order may be processed after payment has been verified.

We currently provide delivery within Pakistan only.

Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order.

Artaan Jewellers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier services, weather, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy allows eligible products to be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must remain unused and in their original condition.

Important: If the original packaging seal has been opened, broken, removed, or tampered with, the product will not be eligible for return or refund.

Products may also be rejected if they have been worn, used, damaged, altered, or returned without their original packaging or accessories.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request clear photographs, videos, packaging images, order details, or other reasonable proof to verify the issue.

A replacement, exchange, refund, or other resolution will be provided only after our team reviews the claim and is satisfied that the issue is genuine and covered by our policy.

We reserve the right to reject claims where the provided proof does not establish that the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect when received.

If a return or refund is approved, the refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy and the applicable payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or financial service used.

Shipping or delivery charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error attributable to Artaan Jewellers.
